This includes checking the structure, exterior, heating system, plumbing operation, electrical functioning and many other components of the home. Following, we create a detailed and comprehensive report which includes extensive narratives and photos.

Although not always needed, we are able to put your mind at ease by conducting testing for radon and a termite inspection which would assess the presence of wood destroying insects.
